Manthan is a chartered Accountant and an M .Com. Manthan has Finished his 4 years apprenticeship from Shantilal Haria & Company and has also worked as a CFO for 1.5 years in a shipping company.

Manthan is also very active with the Lions Club and Leo Club (youth wing of the Lions Club). He is currently the Zone Chairman and the incoming Region Chairman for Lions District 3231 A2 and also the current Vice Multiple District President and the Incoming Multiple District President of Leo Multiple 3231. He is also the Immediate Past President of MCHI CREDAI Youth Wing. Manthan is also a speaker & is regularly invited to various places to deliver lectures, he likes to explore the area of critical thinking.

He heads Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounts & Finance. Having joined the business since the inception of the brand, in 2014, Manthan has been actively involved at all the fronts. However, with a want to go out of his comfort zone, he wished to manage the sales and almost spent 9 months working on the field under the best of the brokers in Thane.

Having learnt from the best, JVM is known to sell all their inventory before the OC is received. Leveraging his finance background by acquiring a young team and using all modern marketing techniques, Manthan has managed to restrict the sales and marketing cost on an average at 2–2.5% of revenue as against 5% of industry standard. He also looks after the broking arm of the brand which is run under the brand name ‘Mehta Property Consultants’.
