Mr. Jitendra Mehta a.k.a Jitu bhai is a brand when it comes to real estate in thane and Mumbai. Before establishing his own brand JVM Spaces , Jitu bhai was a part of Soham group and had a great run for 17 years. While in Soham he handled and took decisions for Land related issues and also settlement with parties involved, getting plans passed & setting all the approvals in place very quickly. He managed all the customer issues until handing over of the society, the customers and all the stake holders of the company remember him even today. He was always looked up to as a trouble shooter whenever the company was in a problem and he always came out victorious.

Jitu bhai, has also been active with the Guajarati Samaj of Mumbai and Thane since the last 3 decades. The mega Navratri celebrations in Ghatkopar since the last 15 years was overlooked by him alone. He is a founder of various social groups like Ghatkopar Gujarati samaj, Jewel Group Ghatkopar, Jewel Galaxy, Jewel Saheli etc which have a collective membership strength of more than 10000 members. Since the last 3 years the entire Navratri celebrations have been shifted from Ghatkopar to Thane and again managed by him alone. Apart from Navratri he is always been on the forefront to help the society and the community and for which we was also awarded the Maharashtra Gaurav Award by the then Home Minister Shri R R. Patil Ji.

He is been elected as the President of MCHI Credai Thane. Also, He has served as the Vice President of MCHI Credai Thane for more than 2 years. He is credited to make many polices which have helped both the association and the developers. He has been an active MCHI CREDAI – Thane committee member for the past 15 years also the famous MCHI-CREDAI – Thane exhibition has been managed by him independently for the last 15 years. He is the current vice-president of MCHI-CREDAI Thane. Even as the world is facing this pandemic he has been assigned to be part of a team of 5, to make a special 1000 bed temporary hospital in Thane.

He, as usual is making it happen. Due to his excellent people skills and quick thinking he has not only helped his brand but also is very famous amongst his peers whenever they require help. Be it government ofcals, politicans, architects or fellow developers they approach him when ever any help is needed. His advice is regularly seeked by many players in the market. Apart from this , he is also a founder and mentor to Thane Estate Agents Association (TEAA) and is renowned for this public relations, Managing and most important people skills. He overviews the entire business and also heads the Land acquisition, Laisoning and Legal Departments. Due to his deep study, solution driven approach & proper contacts topped by the experience of over 2 decades he is steering this brand to new heights.

When it comes to the TDR market, Jitu bhai has a virtual monopoly, over the years there is enormous sq. ft of TDR that is either generated or traded by him. He has generated TDR of 20 lacs sq feet and sold to almost all developers in Thane Like Kalpatru, Lodha. Sold more than 10 lacs sq ft against barter to developers like Puranik & vijay group, the barter deal in TDR was his innovation.

Instrumental in solving many land issues of land belonging to Mahendra & Mahendra. 2 acres land dispute between Junjunwala and Mahindra & Mahindra was resolved by him & later sold to Cosmos in Joint venture. Apart from this there are many deals which he is credited with.
