The State Government of Maharashtra with a view to revive, reconstitute and encourage the Real Estate Industry in view of Covid-19 crisis has introduced incentive scheme vide Government Resolution bearing number TPS/ 1820/AN-27/Case No. 80/20 NV-13 dtd. 14/01/2021 by and under which the Government of Maharashtra is proposed to give 50% rebate in respect of premium to be paid on availing the additional FSI/Fungible FSI etc. by the Developer as per prevailing rule subject to condition that, the Developer shall pay stamp duty on behalf of the Purchaser
